    Shortly after the Iron Curtain fell in Eastern Europe, laypersons Ray and Judi Nicholls walked through an open door that led to Belarus. The new Belarusian government allowed them to conduct church services as they established Accelerated Christian Education schools. Within a short period of time, Belarusians were receiving the Holy Ghost. The first one was a university student in Nicholls’s marketing class. In 1995, after serving as an AIMer for three years, Ray Nicholls received his ministerial license and a missionary appointment to Belarus. After a term of service, they returned to Wisconsin and pastored Faith Apostolic Church in Park Falls. However, their burden for global missions remained. In answering their call, Ray and Judi Nicholls were appointed as UPCI missionaries to Poland in September 2000. They arrived on the field in June 2002 and are working with groups in six cities in Poland.

    In late 1995 the Nixes transferred to Nicaragua, where they have served from 1996 to present. Steve has been the director of the Bible school in Nicaragua since their arrival in 1996, and with a vision of expanding and improving its program, successfully initiated the GATS curriculum. As sub-regional coordinator for GATS, he has worked closely with Regional GATS Coordinator Brad Thompson, participating in many teacher-training seminars in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama and Puerto Rico. He has also been a guest speaker for other GATS teacher-training seminars in Chile, Argentina, Peru and Spain.Steve served as advisor to the Nicaraguan national church officers in helping to modernize the national church administration and has served as national treasurer since 2000. In 2016 he began training a national pastor to take over the job of the national treasurer so that he may dedicate more of his time to the Bible school and national travels upon their return to the field during their next term.



  • JAMES & MARY C. BEEK

    James and Mary Catherine Beek are both MK's with family that have been working over the last 30 years in the UK and Europe Region. James was previously attending New Life Church in St. Catherines, Ontario as a part of the youth team and music ministry in the church. Mary Catherine was working on the field but spent a year in 2004-05 under the ministry of Reverend Doug Davis working there with the music team while supporting the youth. James and Mary Catherine have been serving on the mission field since 2007 and assisting and ministering in the local churches, national Bible school and on a district and national level for the youth department.



  • CHARLES & STACY ROBINETTE

    EUROPE | MIDDLE EAST | AUSTRIA

    As a 17-year-old student at Indiana Bible College, Charles Robinette received his call to missions while on a Youth on Missions trip to Eastern Europe. After serving in the U.S. Air Force in Germany, being the youth leaders in their home church in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and evangelizing, the Robinettes served as furlough replacements for the Filippo Ciulla family in Brussels, Belgium, under the Associates In Missions program. In September 2003, they transferred to Switzerland to assist national pastor Francois Vila in Geneva. In March 2004, Charles and Stacey Robinette received their appointment as United Pentecostal Church missionaries to Switzerland. They returned to Switzerland in mid-2004, but their appointment was changed to Austria in 2006 when the Kinneys became furlough replacements. The Robinettes will be living in Vienna, pastoring the headquarters church while opening other areas to the gospel.



  • AARON & TIFFANY ANDERSON

    SOUTH AMERICA | BRAZIL

    Aaron and Tiffany met in 2008 while at Indiana Bible College and after both had graduated, they married in July 2011. Immediately after marrying Aaron and Tiffany served as youth pastor and wife in Temecula, CA, for two years before becoming Associates in Missions to Brazil in August 2013. After that first 6-month trip, they felt that God had called them to return back to Brazil. They both became General licensed ministers with the UPCI in July 2014 and then returned to Brazil in December of that same year. Aaron and Tiffany have continued living in São Paulo and have since gained fluency in the Portuguese language. Together they preach and teach in home Bible studies, the local Bible school, local churches, and conferences. In September 2016 they received missionary appointment, and now it is their burden to reach the thriving metropolis of São Paulo with the gospel, planting churches and aiding the locals in training and evangelism.
